What’s the difference between jobs with color backgrounds and the ones without?
Some of our employers opt to have their job ads upgraded to draw more attention and it works.

How do I keep my company name from being seen by job seekers?
Put "Confidential" in the box that asks for your company name.

How long does it take to process my order and for job seekers to see my ad?
Never more than 24 hours, in most cases less than one hour.

How many days will my ad run on FindKnoxvilleJobs?
A standard listing is for 30 days.  If you find the person you are looking for before your ad expires you may retire your ad, have us retire it for you or let it run and continue to collect resumes that you can store for future reference.

When I buy a Job Pack how soon do I have to use them?
Bronze Package 3 Postings = Three months.
Silver Package 5 Postings = Six Months
Gold Package 10 Postings = 12 Months

I want to change the ‘In-Box Email Address’ for resumes I’m receiving…how?
Simply edit your curent job ads with your new e-maill address.

Can I change my ads once they are posted on your site?
Sure!  Here’s how, go to the employer page and log in using the e-mail address and password you registered with. Once you are logged in, your current and past jobs ads will appear on the employers page. Simply click edit to the right of any job ad to edit its contents.

How do I pay for an ad or package?
After you have filled in the required account information, completed your job description and reviewed it, you will click on the ‘Submit’ button. This will take you to our secure payment-processing page.  You will be offered the choice of paying with your Visa or MasterCard.  If your company prefers to be invoiced for your order you may select the ‘Invoice Me’ option.  Invoices are due upon receipt.

If I don’t want resumes sent to my Email In-Box what are my options?  
Simply edit your job ads and check the box titled " I do not want to recieve response via e-mail". This will remove the "Apply" button from that job ad.  Important notice:  You must provide applicants with an alternate way to submit their cover letters and resumes when you remove the Email option.  In your Job Description you can provide an address for mailing resumes, you may provide a telephone number for applicants to call to arrange an interview.  You may include an address and an invitation for applicants to apply in person at your office or place of business.
